A1: We only take cash payments in Singapore Dollar at the moment. Our polite and honest drivers are well-experienced professionals in the field of transport service and are authorized to accept the payments from you. We guarantee that they will give the exact change for your payment.

Q2: How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

A2: Anytime is actually fine with us. JohorTrip.com transport service, however, is subject to vehicle availability. We recommend that you book your travel at least 3 days in advance for us to plot the most convenient alternative routes for your preferred trip. This also helps give you more time to enjoy your choice destination and get rid of the traffic in the metro.

Q3: Fares shown here is per vehicle or per person?

A3: Fares shown is per the vehicle and not per person. All the fares published here are straight and reasonable, without any hidden charges.

We will let you know if there would be additional charges such as checkpoint fees or toll fees, etc. Otherwise, we ensure that no other fees should be charged other than the travel fare.

Q4: What are the car models available?

A4: The car model available for you to choose are all latest editions of Toyota Innova (6-seater), Toyota Alphard (7-seater), and Hyundai Starex (10-seater). Our vehicles are well-maintained weekly for a smooth riding experience.

Q5: Are your transport service limited to Johor Bahru only where Legoland Malaysia is?

A5: Definitely not. JohorTrip.com transport service basically covers Singapore to any point in Malaysia. We also provide services from Malaysia to any point in Singapore as well.

Q6: When should I receive the driver’s details?

A6: You will receive the driver’s details around 1 day before your traveling date via SMS or Whatsapp.

Q7: Are all the prices listed for single trip or it includes the return trip?

A7: All the prices listed are shown in one way trip and two way trip. If you wish to add another drop-off point, that will be considered another trip.

Q8: Is there any additional charges for airport waiting after my flight arrive late?

A8: No waiting charge for the first hour. Anywhere, we will charge SGD$20/hour waiting time after first hour. In order to avoid the charge imposed to you, you are encourage to inform us early by direct contact or Whatsapp us so that we will rearrange the schedule to pick you from airport.

Q9: What happens after I made a booking?

A9: A message will show your form is submitted successfully on the booking page. Booking confirmation will be sent to your email provided within 1 to 2 days. Please call us if you did not receive any email from us. Driver details will be sent to you via SMS or Whatsapp 12 hrs before the transfer with driver name, phone number and vehicle number.

Q10: Can I book your transfer service last minutes?

A10: JohorTrip.com cannot guarantee the availability of vehicle on last minutes. It is better you can book our transfer service at least 3 days in advance so that we can arrange the transport according to your date and time.
