The easiest way to make reservations is through WhatsApp. The following details are necessary:

1. The address of your pick-up and drop-off point
2. Pick-up time and date
3. Your personal information (name, mobile number, nationality)
4. Total number of travelers
5. Your flight information (for airport pick-up only)
6. Total number of luggage (small, medium, or large)
7. Vehicle type
8. Other specific requirements (e.g. child seat, baby seat)

Please call your driver's contact number shown on your WhatsApp if you have waited 15 minutes beyond your scheduled pick-up or drop-off time at the designated meeting location and there is still no sign of your driver.

If you are unable to reach the driver, please contact our customer service department directly.

We will send you a WhatsApp confirmation.

Expect to receive a WhatsApp with your driver's contact information 24 hours before your scheduled departure.

If a passenger is more than 30 minutes late, we do charge for the waiting time. If you think you will be late for the pickup, do let us know in advance.

Smoking is not permitted inside any of our vehicles.

Tipping is not required. But if you are pleased with the service and decide to tip the driver, the amount should reflect the quality of the service.

Please notify our customer service or the driver right away if you believe you may have left something behind or your bags on our private transfer car.

Any lost or unrecoverable items left on the vehicles are not the responsibility of JohorTrip.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, there won't be a refund.

You can make an advance payment using a credit card, bank transfer to company account, or pay the driver cash on the day of the journey in Singapore Dollar (SGD).

No, as all fares include private car transport with English or Mandarin-speaking driver, toll charges, parking fees, taxes, and fuel. (Peak Season Charge apply for selected Holidays)

Currently, we only accept Singapore Dollars as payment.

Yes. Each additional location for pick-up or drop-off will incur an additional fee of SGD10 on the day of the trip.

No. Full payment must be made in advance via credit card, PAYNOW, or cash in SGD paid directly to your driver upon arrival before the transfer occurs.

At this time, we only accept credit cards with an extra 3.6% of the total cost or PAYNOW.

Advance notification is required to create the payment link. We will send you the link over WhatsApp.

All remaining payments must be made in full to our driver upon arrival following the confirmation of your order.

Yes. Upon request, a softcopy of the receipt will be delivered by WhatsApp.

All of our private car services are priced per vehicle, not per person.

If the car you have selected is not available on the date and time of your reservation, you will be upgraded to the next available car at no additional cost.

If your child falls into one of the following categories, you must use a booster seat when traveling in Malaysia.

• 12 years old and below or
• 135 cm and below or
• 36kg and below

We offer booster seats for an additional S$10 per child per way (18 kg to 36 kg or less than 1.35 m). You’re encouraged to bring your booster seat along for the trip.

Yes, baby seats are required in Malaysia. We offer baby seats for an additional SGD10 per child per way (up to 18kg only). You’re encouraged to bring your baby seat along for the trip.

Please provide your latest flight details in advance for our drivers to arrive according to your time of arrival.

Upon receiving any information on your delayed flight, please immediately WhatsApp us. We will make the necessary adjustments.

There are no additional charges due to delayed flights; however, last-minute changes and unforeseen circumstances may result in a lower service level.

At the arrivals hall, our driver will be there ahead of schedule to meet you. Your baggage will then be carried to your car by one of our drivers.

We advise making your reservation at least two days before the day of departure. We still take reservations, though, up to two days before your pick-up time.

Our drivers will wait up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed before giving you a call. Please let your driver know to wait for you if there is a delay at customs, immigration, baggage pickup, or missing luggage.
