Changi Airport / Senai Airport Pick-Up Overtime Surcharge
The drivers will be waiting for you for only up to an hour. If the waiting limit exceeds, a surcharge applies (S$20 per 1 hour, have to be paid to the driver).
Additional Pick-Up/Drop-Off Points
For any additional pick-up and drop-off locations, a surcharge applies (S$10 per additional location, have to be paid to the driver).
Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation fee. However, we do prefer that you notify us at least 1 to 2 days earlier before your confirmed travelling date.
