Causeway Link Bus is the bus you’ll have to take. The bus ride from Woodlands Bus Interchange Singapore to JB Sentral Bus Terminal takes 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Step 2: Travelling From JB Sentral Bus Terminal to Desaru Coast Riverside

Causeway Link bus is the bus you’ll have to take. The bus ride that goes through Senai-Desaru expressway from JB Sentral Bus Terminal to Desaru Coast Riverside will take 1 hour and 30 minutes.

And as for bus tickets, it’s around RM49 per trip.

Step 3: Travelling From Desaru Coast Riverside to Desaru Ostrich Farm

The Grab car or taxi is the transport you’ll have to ride on when you arrive at Desaru Coast Riverside. The journey takes about 30 minutes.

So, the time spent taking a bus from Singapore to Desaru Ostrich Farm will be 3 hours and 30 minutes. You will be expected to have lots of hours in your schedule.

Therefore, I’m NOT RECOMMEND you to take bus from Singapore to Desaru Ostrich Farm.

Note: One thing to take note of is that there might be unexpected traffic jams so it might take longer than 3 hours and 30 minutes. If there’s a delay, then you’ll have to miss your scheduled bus.

Take the exit 1403A-Bakar Batu. Then, follow along to Senai-Desaru Highway/E22 -> Bandar Penawar -> Route 90 -> Jalan Desaru.

Total Travelling Time: 1 hour 45 minutes
Total Distance: 87.4km

4.2 Route 2 (via Federal Route 3/AH18 & Senai-Desaru Highway)

From Upper Thomson Rd -> take SLE -> take AH2 heading to Jalan Pandan/Laluan Persekutuan 3/Route 3/AH18.

Take exit 1404B-Pandan. Then, take the Senai-Desaru Highway/E22 -> continue to Route 90 -> Jalan Desaru

Total Travelling Time: 2 hours 15 minutes
Total Distance: 93.7km

4.3 Route 3 (via Federal Route 3/AH18 & Kota Tinggi-Pengerang/Route 92)

Windsor Park Rd (to Upper Thomson Rd -> take AH2, Federal Route 3/AH18 and Kota Tinggi – Pengerang/Route 92 (heading to Jalan Desaru).

When you reach the roundabout, drive towards Jalan Desaru.

Total Travelling Time: 2 hours and 35 minutes
Total Distance: 106km
