Step 1: From Singapore to JB Sentral Bus Terminal

Take the Causeway Link Bus which will take around 30 to 60 minutes depend on the traffic condition on Johor Causeway.

Step 2: From JB Sentral Bus Terminal to Desaru Coast

Upon arriving at JB Sentral Bus Terminal, take the Causeway Link bus. The bus journey will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes, costing RM49 per trip.

You have to contact resort in advance so that they can arrange the transport to bring you from Desaru Coast Riverside to One & Only Desaru.

4.1 Route 1 (via Senai-Desaru Highway)

When you’re coming from Upper Thomson Rd, take SLE and proceed to the BKE and Lebuhraya EDL/AH2/E14 heading towards JB East Coast Pkwy/Route 35.

Take the exit 1403A-Bakar Batu. Continue heading towards Senai-Desaru Highway/E22 and follow the road until you’ve reached Bandar Penawar. Take Route 90 which will lead you to Jalan Desaru.

Total Travelling Time: 1 hour 45 minutes
Total Distance: 87.4km

4.2 Route 2 (via Federal Route 3/AH18 & Senai-Desaru Highway)

When you’re coming from Upper Thomson Rd, take SLE and then take AH2 that’s heading to Jalan Pandan/Laluan Persekutuan 3/Route 3/AH18.

Take exit 1404B-Pandan. Continue heading towards Senai-Desaru Highway/E22. Then, take Route 90 that’ll lead you to Jalan Desaru.

Total Travelling Time: 2 hours 15 minutes

4.3 Route 3 (via Federal Route 3/AH18 & Kota Tinggi-Pengerang/Route 92)

Drive straight towards Windsor Park Rd that’s heading to Upper Thomson Rd. From there, take AH2, Federal Route 3/AH18 and Kota Tinggi – Pengerang/Route 92 that’s heading towards Jalan Desaru.

When you reach the roundabout, continue driving straight heading straight towards Jalan Desaru.
